Best Practices & Future Plan

  • Title of the Practice:Open Essay Competition
  • Context require initiation of practice:
  • The department of English has observed that the students are more interested in creative writing but they have some technical problems regarding the structure, grammar, and vocabulary. To increase vocabulary the students must either read or recite words. Then the idea came into mind that if they participate in an open essay competition and if they allow going through books, the internet, and other sources they can improve their competency of the language, and hence an essay does more than inform or persuade a reader. The process of writing an essay teaches a student how to acknowledge a new topic and organize its thoughts into an introduction, a body, and a conclusion. Essay writing objectives apply to expository and persuasive essays on a variety of topics.

Best Practice

  • Wall magazine paper.
  • To guide competitive exam.
  • Visit to state level agriculture exhibition.
  • Supplement paper cutting of competitive exam.
  • Student enrichment programmers, Participation in College Social Responsibility (ISR) and Extension activities
