‘Jaibhavani Shikshan Prasarak Mandal’ is established by Shri. Shivajiraoji Pandit. He was borned on 10 October 1936 in Mauj Village of Beed taluka. He completed the Primary education in Maratha High School Aurangabad. He passed the higher secondary examination from Government College Aurangabad. He completed graduation (B.A.) from S.B. College Aurangabad.

He entered into politics and chaired important posts. He was Chairman of Georai Panchayat Sammittee during 1962-1972. He was president of Beed Zilla Parishad during 1972-1978. He was M.L.A. during the period 1978-1995. He was minister in the state Cabinet during the period 1991-1992. He laid foundation for different co- operative societies in Beed district. He founded Jai bhavani co-operative Sugar Factory, Mauli cotton mill, Bhavani Urban co- operative Bank, Agriculture Product Market Committee and various others societies.

He was member of M.S.P. Mandal, Aurangabad. He founded Jaibhavani Shikshan Prasarak Mandal and Jagdamba Shikshan Prasarak Mandal.
